Make Money On Craigslist

Published by carmita under money Edit This

I first heard about Craigslist over a year ago when I was helping my sister to find a job.  I had no idea that Craigslist was as popular or resourceful because I had employment.  I learned quite a bit about this online ad company after trying to find ways to make money when I lost my job.

Let me share with you my money-making findings!  If looking for full or part-time work, of course you search their job listings.  Their is a diversity of jobs on this site; I’ve received more responses on Craigslist than any other job resource company.  Why, I have no idea, maybe you can enlighten me…Second, post your resume on Craigslist.  I receive responses almost immediately whenever I posted my resume or skills in their resume section.  I have posted skills and job request for family and friends and have gotten some good leads.  Next, go to their Gigs section and search for something short-term to make some quick money.  Alot of people post in that section when they need people to help with a 1-2 day event, need work done on their home, trying to move, make-up artist, you name it!  You’d be suprised to see what simple tasks people will pay you for.  Finally, if you have a home-based biz or an employer, you can post your business on Craigslist and build your downline.

Here’s a perk!!!  Craigslist has a section where people actually give away free stuff.  I have seen all sorts of items given away such as:  house furniture, office furniture, t.v’s, refrigerators, music, clothes, toys, free services, computer equipment and other miscellaneous items.  If you’re good at fixing or refurbishing things, you can make a profit or keep it for yourself.  As with any company, beware of scammers!  I have receive responses from so-called “employers” offering you a position that requires you to wire them money as a part of your job description, or someone who needs you to “print checks” from your computer and printer and mail to their clients - beware, beware, beware!!!

There is a legitimate company that will pay you to post their ads on Craigslists, check them out at http://WorkFromHomeHQ.com/?R=7150 .  You won’t make alot of money right away but if it’s done on a regular basis, this can add up.  If you know of any other money making Craigslist tips, post a comment for our blog readers…God bless!

Real Work At Home Jobs - Get Paid Hourly!

Published by carmita under money Edit This

In my search for at home work, I surfed the net daily trying to find some legitimate information.  In March of 2008, I left my job of 4 years as an Insurance Agent because of stress!  I really enjoyed my job until the company started making some major changes that piled twice as much work on the agents.  In March 2008, I found myself in the hospital due to chest pains and was too sick to go back to work.  I didn’t have the extra benefits nor was I eligible for unemployment - very long story.  I began surfing the web and was so outraged with all the scams and tricks I had come across which frustrated me to no end.  There are so many people out here trying to make an honest living that are being swindled on a daily basis.  I was becoming discouraged because the bills were due, not to mention I have to little girls to raise.  However, in my attempt to take care of my family I was determined to keep searching!

I have finally come across so much information to make money legally at no cost, I created a website to list my findings.  I’m still stumbling on some really good stuff, so I have been updating my site daily.  I recently got hired part-time with a legitimate work at home company and am happy about it!

If you’re like me and have grown tired of commission-only work at home businesses, visit my web address at www.makemoremoneycenter.8m.net and put some extra money in your pocketWink

Need Extra Money? Try Mystery Shopping!

Published by carmita under money Edit This

Who expected the price of gas to climb to a whopping $4.25 a gallon and more in some areas.  Maybe you’re living on a fixed income while the smooth transition into a declining economy is putting you in a position to make some major decisions; should you buy gas, food or other needed items with your last $20.00.  Supplementing your income may not be an obvious solution to some people, but it is definitely an option!

Mystery Shopping is proving to be one of the most efficient ways to bring in extra money.  In most cases, you pay nothing and in other cases you pay the cost of making a small purchase that can be reimbursed.  And yes, there are many companies out there claiming to be a “Mystery Shopping Corporation” only to turn out to be a great big scam!  One group of scammers will mail you a huge check for about $3,000.00 and give you a breakdown of how you are to spend a small portion to mystery shop certain stores and Western Union the big lump sum left over to them.  A week later, your bank sends you the bad news that the check you deposited in your bank account was actually fake, now you owe the bank!

Now here’s some good news, there are legitimate mystery shopping companies out here that can make you money.  The amount you can possibly make can range from $50.00 to $500 or more in a single week.  I know because I have done this myself.  There are so many opportunities to make money with mystery shopping that it can be done any day of the week, evenings or weekends.

Even in the midst of what seems like a vicious cycle of scarcity, there is always a beacon of hope somewhere.  Mystery shopping may not be for you but there is always something available.  You have to take the time to find out what is needed for you and your family.

Some of the best websites I have found to be helpful for mystery shopping is www.volition.com and www.msfreedom.org .  There is also a legitimate mystery shopping company that does all the work for you if you don’t mind paying there fee www.shadowshopper.com .  You don’t have to settle for the financial crunch this season, supplement your income!
